Avocado Toast

Who loves avocado?  Me! I do, so much!  This is a wonderfully delicious breakfast, snack or lunch that I enjoy often. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.  Avocados are very nutritious too.  They are full of potassium and vitamins.  They are loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids and fiber.  Avocado is also easy to incorporate into your diet!  Here is a recipe that includes an avocado.  Enjoy!



2 slices of bread (any kind of bread you prefer)

1 avocado, sliced

2 tablespoons plain cream cheese

1 teaspoon lemon pepper



1. Toast your 2 slices of bread.

2. Spread your cream cheese evenly over each piece of bread. 

3. Place you sliced avocado on top of the cream cheese.  I use the whole avocado for both pieces of bread.

4. Sprinkle the lemon paper over the avocado and enjoy!
