Who's ready to burn some major calories this week?  Burpee's are the ultimate full body exercise. They will make your muscles burn and your heart pound! They are easy to add to your daily workout regimen because they require no equipment and you can do them anywhere.  Each day, I want you to try to reach your goal and fight through the burn to reach it.  It's all about pacing yourself, you want to work quickly to build intensity, but don't over work yourself in the beginning.
