Cupid's Vanilla Berry Smoothie

Alexa Brown

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and like most of us, you will probably indulge is some delicious Valentine's chocolates or other yummy treats.  I will be enjoying a delicious home cooked meal and homemade dessert!  I don't really enjoy fighting the crowds out there for dinner.  Do you love holidays as much as I do?  I love to do a whole Valentine's themed day on February 14th.  I think kids usually love to enjoy all of the holiday fun too.  Here's a quick and easy recipe that I make in the morning along with some heart shaped pancakes.  It's starts the day with some extra love for everyone!

Frozen OR Fresh mixed berries (I usually do strawberries, raspberries and cherries)

1/3 cup of ice

8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon honey

1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
