Muffin Top Melter Challenge

I know we can all appreciate a quick workout that really burns and works our ab muscles.  I created this quick workout to add to your daily routine each day.  It takes 10 minutes and it very effective.  I hope you enjoy the workouts!
High Knees - 60 seconds
Bicycle Crunches - 60 seconds
Side Arm Plank - 30 seconds each side
Forearm Plank - 60 seconds
Swimmers - 60 seconds
Repeat 2 times!
