Muscle Burn Challenge

Here's a quick addition to your daily workout.  See if you can increase your burn each day by finishing faster each time you complete it. 

40 Crunches

30 Jump Squats (you can challenge yourself by adding weights)

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Lunges (each leg and again, you can add weights for more of a challenge)


Make sure you set a timer and see how quickly you can complete this.  Set a goal to be a little quicker each day!
