Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

Alexa Brown

Reduce.  Reuse.  Recycle.  Have you ever heard those 3 R's before?  I have and recently was reminded when my daughter mentioned how much trash is piled everywhere.  It seems everywhere we go, we can see trash.  I sometimes think that I don't notice it all the time and that is probably because I am used to it.  However, my kids pointing it out all the time has made me immensely more aware of the litter around me.  Did you know the there is a giant pile of trash floating around in the ocean?  I mean, giant.  I think the number of pieces of trash are in the trillions.  The trillions.  My point on this blog post is help each other teach ourselves and the future generation how to take care of our planet.

Reduce.  Reduce the amount water you are using.  Reduce the amount of paper products you use.  Reduce the amount of time your lights are on.

Reuse.  Reuse a water bottle.  Reuse a container.  Reuse the backside of a paper.

Recycle.  Recycle all plastic.  Recycle all glass.
