I love salad. It is such a yummy side dish to most meals. This is one of my favorite combos and I want to share it with you so you can enjoy it!
6-8 cups green leaf lettuce (I use spinach and/or romaine lettuce)
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup feta cheese
2 TBSP granulated sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 TSP salt
1/4 TSP paprika
1/8 TSP cayenne pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
